Pricing

Our prices are set according to the specifics of your order, including the design and size. Upon enquiry, we’ll provide a quote that remains valid for 24 hours. To secure your order and preferred time slot, a prompt payment within this timeframe is essential, especially as availability may change.

Deposits, Payments, and Cancellation

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit for orders above £100 or full payment for orders under £100 is required to confirm your booking.
  • Deposits must be made within 24 hours of enquiry to secure your order, subject to cancellation on our part if not complied with.
  • We reserve the right to cancel in cases of unforeseen events like fire or ill health, offering a full refund.
  • The balance is due 2 weeks before collection, with deposits deducted from the total order value.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Modifications to design, date, or collection may not be possible.
  • Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before collection, with a 50% balance refund. Beyond this, full payments are retained.

Advance Ordering

Please order as early as possible to ensure availability, although we may accept last-minute requests. Small variations in colour and design may occur, reflecting the bespoke nature of our work.

Best Before Date / Storage

Our cakes are designed to be fresh for your event date, not just collection. We advise consumption within 24 hours post-event for optimal quality. Our products are made with natural ingredients without additives, requiring room temperature storage in a cool, dry place.

Non-edible Items

Be aware some products may include non-edible elements, such as support dowels or decorations, which should be removed before consumption.

Collection and Delivery

  • Orders must be collected from our Launceston premises at the pre-agreed time.
  • Delivery is available for orders over £150, subject to availability, with a minimum £10 charge for up to 5 miles.
  • Upon delivery, please check your order immediately; we cannot be liable for damages once the product is out of our control.
  • Accurate delivery details are crucial; incorrect information may lead to failed delivery, with the onus on you to collect from our premises.
