To begin the process of ordering your bespoke cake or cupcakes, kindly fill out our online enquiry form. We strive to respond promptly, aiming to get back to you within 48 hours.

Pricing and Quotations

Each order is tailor-made, leading to individual pricing. To secure your booking and avoid disappointment, please provide as much notice as possible, though we do try to accommodate last-minute requests based on our schedule.

Consistency and Quality

We’re committed to crafting each product to order, ensuring freshness and adherence to your event date, not just the collection day. Please be aware, our cakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours post-event to maintain optimal quality.

Ingredients and Storage

Our creations are made from natural ingredients without additives or preservatives. Should your design require food colourants, please consult our allergen list for more information. To preserve the quality, store your items at room temperature in a cool, dry space, and avoid refrigeration.

Liability and Care

Rose Beau Cakes cannot be held responsible for any degradation in quality if the products are not stored correctly or consumed within the recommended timeframe. The responsibility for adhering to storage conditions rests with the purchaser.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are set based on the specifics of your order, including design and size, and are non-negotiable. Following your enquiry, the provided quote remains valid for 24 hours. A deposit or full payment is required within this period to confirm your order, with the availability of your chosen date being subject to prompt payment.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for orders over £100 to secure your booking. We establish collection times based on availability and may have fixed times during peak seasons.

If the deposit or full payment is not received within 24 hours of enquiry, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Additionally, Rose Beau Cakes may cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as ill health or fire, in which case a full refund will be issued as swiftly as possible.

The balance of your payment is due 2 weeks prior to collection. Deposits are deducted from the total order value but are non-refundable and non-transferable. We may accommodate changes to your order at our discretion, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the planned delivery or collection will result in the forfeiture of your deposit as a reservation fee. Within 48 hours of the event, the full payment is retained by Rose Beau Cakes to cover losses, regardless of collection status.
