Can you post your cupcakes?

Unfortunately, we cannot post our cupcakes. Due to their delicate nature, they do not withstand the shipping process well.

I’m planning my wedding for next year; is it too early to make a booking?

It’s never too early to start planning for your special day! We encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as possible with your enquiry. Early booking helps ensure availability for your event date.

How long will my cakes stay fresh?

Our cakes are baked fresh specifically for your order and do not contain any preservatives. They are at their peak of flavour on the day of collection. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them within 24 hours after collection.

What are your allergen considerations?

Although certain allergens like nuts might not be directly included in our products, they are present in our kitchen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from any allergen traces. Detailed allergen information, including the use of food colour additives in our buttercream, is available. Please contact us if you have specific dietary concerns or need further information on allergens.

Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer gluten or dairy-free products. Our high-quality ingredients are selected for the best taste and freshness, but we understand and respect dietary restrictions and are happy to discuss any concerns you may have regarding ingredients and allergens.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

Deposits for orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate as much notice as possible if there needs to be a change to your order, including design, date, or collection time, though please note that changes may not always be feasible. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to collection, with specific conditions regarding refunds.

What about collection and delivery options?

Orders must be collected from our premises in Launceston, UK, at a pre-arranged time. For orders exceeding £150, delivery may be available, subject to availability and additional charges based on distance.

How do I ensure my cakes remain fresh until the event?

Our cakes are best kept at room temperature in a cool, dry place. They should not be refrigerated, as doing so can affect their quality and taste. It’s essential to follow these storage conditions to enjoy our cakes as intended.
